Ever Capital and Thierry Jammes have bought French crane and aerial work platform rental business Eurolev, which had a sales revenue of EUR 16.2m and seven depots across France. All 82 employees are to be kept.

The company has 900 aerial work platforms, 160 manlifts and 16 truck cranes. About 15% of its business comes from crane work.

Jammes said: "We hope to study all the opportunities to permit Eurolev to position itself as a nationwide actor. At the same time, we are working to enlarge our product range and to offer our clients a more complete service."

Eurolev former boss Jean Claude Fretiere was advised by MK Finance and Bignon Lebray & Associates.
